Beschreibung

Lupeol acetate is a natural compound obtained from the leaves of the plant Etoac, which belongs to the family Euphorbiaceae. It has been shown to have antiproliferative and antimicrobial properties, as well as anti-inflammatory activity. Lupeol acetate blocks the synthesis of diacylglycerol and sesquiterpene lactone by inhibiting p-hydroxybenzoic acid hydroxylase, which is an enzyme involved in lipid metabolism. It also inhibits histamine release and mast cell degranulation. This compound may be used as an anti-inflammatory drug or as an antimicrobial agent.
