Produktinformation
Ligustroflavone is a flavonoid that has eluted from the fructus ligustri. It has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in gland cells. Ligustroflavone binds to specnuezhenide, which is a protein that promotes cell growth and proliferation. In pharmacokinetics studies, it has been shown that ligustroflavone has a molecular weight of 314.3 g/mol and an octanol-water partition coefficient of 3.2. The molecular docking analysis revealed that ligustroflavone may inhibit the epidermal growth factor receptor by hydrogen bonding with the receptor's tyrosine residues, which leads to its anti-inflammatory effects. Ligustroflavone also has a high content in foods such as tea leaves, spinach, celery, parsley, garlic, onions, apples and oranges.
