MC-Val-Cit-PAB-OH is a reaction system that is used to produce intermediates for the synthesis of organic alkalis. The reaction liquid contains MC-Val-Cit-PAB-OH, which is an organic alkali with a chemical formula of C12H24O2N4. This reaction system consists of three major steps: (1) MC-Val-Cit-PAB-OH reacts with an organic acid to form an ester and water as byproducts, (2) the ester reacts with sodium hydroxide in a liquid phase to form sodium salts of the desired organic alkali, and (3) the desired organic alkali can be separated from other products using a separator. The optimal sequence for this reaction system is one cycle where 1 mole of MC-Val-Cit-PAB-OH reacts with 1 mole of the organic acid to produce 2 moles of salt and 1 mole of water as byproducts
