Beschreibung:Metronidazole-d3 is a matrix effect marker used in the validation of analytical methods. It is a radioactive isotope of metronidazole that emits gamma radiation with energy of 3.7 MeV. When used as an internal standard, it can be detected through high-resolution gamma-ray spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Metronidazole-d3 has been used to validate analytical methods for macrolides, tranquillisers, fluoroquinolones, lincosamide antibiotics and thiabendazole in animal tissues and muscle tissue.
