Beschreibung

Medronic acid is a calcium-binding drug that has been used in the treatment of metabolic disorders, such as hypocalcemia, hypercalcemia, and osteoporosis. Medronic acid also has anti-inflammatory activity and can be used to treat autoimmune diseases. Medronic acid binds to nitrogen atoms on the cell surface and inhibits enzymes that are involved in inflammation. Medronic acid can also be used to diagnose some types of infectious diseases, including HIV infection. Medronic acid is approved by the FDA for use in humans.
