Beschreibung

N-Methyltaurine sodium is a synthetic, low-energy cationic surfactant with an oxyethylene chain that is used as a detergent additive. It has a diameter of approximately 8.5 nm and is soluble in water. N-Methyltaurine sodium has been shown to have irritancy potential and can be used in detergent compositions for cleaning purposes. This surfactant also has the ability to remove fatty acids from the skin surface, which may be due to its lyophilizate properties.
