Beschreibung

3'-Methoxy-2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenone is a synthesized carbenes that is reactive and has been used in the synthesis of polyphosphoric acid. This compound can also be used as a ligand to bind to metal ions and form organometallic compounds. The reactivity of this compound can be investigated using kinetic or simulation studies. 3'-Methoxy-2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenone has shown to be reactive with chloride ions and undergo transfer reactions with other compounds. It also has chromophores that emit light at wavelengths between 300 nm and 400 nm.
