Beschreibung

Monocaprylin is a fluorescence probe that can be used to measure the conformational properties of fatty acids. Monocaprylin has been shown to bind to antimicrobial agents and is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. Monocaprylin has been used as a surface methodology for the determination of natural compounds, such as alkanoic acid and hydroxyl group. This compound also interacts with progesterone, alcohol residue, and absorption enhancer.
