Beschreibung

3-(N-Morpholino)-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid sodium salt is a buffer that is used to maintain the pH of a solution. It has been found to be a potential biomarker for bladder cancer, with an increased concentration seen in urine samples and chloride ions as well as inorganic acids. The reaction vessel must be filled with 3N sodium hydroxide solution and heated to dissolve the 3-(N-morpholino) 2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid sodium salt.
