Beschreibung

3-(Morpholin-4-ylmethyl)aniline is a novel drug with potent antileukaemic activity. It inhibits the growth of leukaemia cells by blocking the cycle and apoptosis pathways. 3-(Morpholin-4-ylmethyl)aniline also shows high nanomolar potency against activated tyrosine kinase receptors, which are involved in the regulation of cellular proliferation and differentiation. This agent has been shown to inhibit the growth of eosinophilic cells in a dose-dependent manner. 3-(Morpholin-4-ylmethyl)aniline is an antagonist of the receptor tyrosine kinase, which is found on various cell types and plays a key role in signal transduction and cell proliferation. The drug also works by targeting a protein that regulates the G1 phase of cell cycle progression.
