Beschreibung

5-Methoxy-1H-indazole-3-carbaldehyde is a potent anticancer agent that has shown activity against breast, colon and human cancer cell lines. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibition of DNA synthesis and by induction of apoptosis. 5-Methoxy-1H-indazole-3-carbaldehyde is an indazole derivative with anticancer activity on human cancer cells that are resistant to other chemotherapeutic agents. Its target compounds are proteins involved in the regulation of cellular proliferation and survival. This drug has been shown to have potent anticancer activity against human cancer cell lines at concentrations as low as 1 µM, and it does not inhibit normal cells.
