Beschreibung

2'-Methoxy-3-phenylpropionic acid is a natural compound that belongs to the class of phenoxy derivatives. It is a cinnamic acid derivative that has been shown to be effective in reversing short-chain fatty acid oxidation in hematopoietic cells. 2'-Methoxy-3-phenylpropionic acid has also been found to have kinetic effects on the hematopoietic cell, as well as thermodynamic and kinetic effects on plasma concentrations. This natural compound has been studied in vivo, with normalization of plasma concentrations seen at a dose of 10mg/kg body weight.
