Beschreibung

Naltrexone 3-methyl ether is a synthetic opioid antagonist that binds to the delta- and δ-opioid receptors. It also has an immunomodulatory effect on mouse splenocytes, reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines. Naltrexone 3-methyl ether has been shown to have depressant effects in mice, with an effective analgesic effect. This drug also has antinociceptive activity and can be used for chronic pain management. Naltrexone 3-methyl ether has been shown to bind to the κ-opioid receptor, which may contribute to its mood stabilizing effects.
