Beschreibung

3-Phenylpropylamine is a molecule that has been shown to have microbicidal activity. It is reactive with endogenous substances and can be used to test for the presence of lipopolysaccharide in human serum. 3-Phenylpropylamine has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and can be used as an anti-cholinergic agent. 3-Phenylpropylamine is a solid phase extraction reagent that reacts with organic compounds to form a fluorescent product. The fluorescence of this product can be measured using fluorometry or spectrophotometry, which allows for the determination of the amount of reactant present in the sample.
