• Beschreibung: Peptide 6A is a cyclic peptide that has been shown to have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is synthesized by conjugating the amino acid alanine to the N-terminal of arginine, which leads to a polymer conjugate. The cyclic peptide has been shown to inhibit pain responses in anesthetized animals as well as inhibit blood pressure in rats with hypertension. In addition, it showed significant vasodilatory effects and inhibited sodium citrate induced platelet aggregation. Treatment with peptide 6A also decreases fibrinogen levels in humans and showed radical scavenging activities in human serum.
