Pz-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro-D-Arg-OH trifluoroacetate salt is a synthetic substrate that can be used for the synthesis of cyclic peptides. It has been shown to act as a competitive inhibitor of the serine protease, chymotrypsin, and cytochalasin B. The optimum pH for this compound is 8.
