Beschreibung:
Phorate oxon sulfone is an organophosphorus insecticide that has been used in agriculture for the control of pests. It is a potent inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase, which leads to the accumulation of acetylcholine at nerve junctions and subsequent paralysis. The compound also inhibits growth regulators, cytotoxic compounds, and oxidation products. Phorate oxon sulfone has been validated by a series of spectrometric methods and has shown a negative effect on drug safety by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity in rats.
