2,6-Bis(pyrazol-3)pyridine is a heterocyclic compound that can be synthesized by the condensation of 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyanopyrazole and 2,6-diaminopyridine. This molecule has been extensively studied in order to elucidate its inhibitory activities and its structure. The crystal x-ray diffraction technique was used to determine the molecular structure of this heterocyclic compound and it was found that it exists as a tetramer with two molecules of water bound to each other.
