4,4,5,5,5-Pentafluoropentanol (PFPA) is a synthetic compound that has viscosity and nitrogen atoms. It is a reactive site for the preparation of chloride derivatives. The skeleton of PFPA is similar to that of glucocorticoid receptors. PFPA has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth by inhibiting the formation of new blood vessels in the tumor. In addition, it inhibits DNA synthesis and RNA synthesis in cancer cells. This drug also inhibits soluble guanylate cyclase activity in liver cells.
