Beschreibung

Pogostone is a natural product that has been traditionally used in India to treat bowel disease. Recently, it has been found to have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and immunomodulatory effects. Pogostone is extracted from the rhizome of Curcuma aromatica, which is a plant native to Asia. It has also been shown to have matrix effect on cells, meaning it can be used as an adjuvant for other drugs. The activity index of pogostone was studied using a preparative HPLC method with water vapor as the mobile phase.
