Beschreibung:
Z-Phe-Met-OH is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the acidic region of the CSF2 receptor. It has been shown to be an effective agent for the treatment of infectious diseases, including HIV, SARS and bacterial meningitis. Z-Phe-Met-OH binds to human serum and inhibits the activation of phagocytic cells such as neutrophils and macrophages. This inhibition leads to decreased levels of camp and enhanced phagocytic activity on hl-60 cells. Z-Phe-Met-OH also binds to the surface methodology used in tissue culture, which enhances chemotactic activity.
