• Beschreibung: Phthalimide DBU Salt is an activating agent for organic reactions. It is made of phthalimide, a halogeno compound, and DBU, a hydrochloric acid salt. This product activates the reaction by forming a monolayer on the surface of the reactants in which it dissolves. The monolayer acts as a catalyst to speed up the reaction by providing an alternative pathway for electron transfer between reactants. Phthalimide DBU Salt can be used to synthesize nitro compounds, thiourea derivatives, and neohesperidosides using radiation or heat as an energy source. This product has been shown to enhance the synthesis of morpholine derivatives.
