Beschreibung

Ronacare is a fatty acid that is used to treat bowel diseases. It binds to the DNA binding domains in the gene product and synergizes with other drugs like disease activity. Ronacare has been shown to have an effect on inflammatory bowel disease, which may be due to its ability to reduce the production of inflammatory cytokines such as colony-stimulating factor (CSF) and interleukin-12. Ronacare also shows an inhibitory effect on glycyrrhiza uralensis, a herbicide resistant weed species in China. The regulatory sequences found in this molecule are important for its function, but have not yet been fully analyzed.
