Beschreibung

RAD 140 is a CDK4/6 inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. It has also been shown to be effective against prostate cancer cells, as well as other cancers. RAD 140 binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), inhibiting its function. RAD 140 is a diagnostic agent, which can be used to detect the presence of CDK4/6 inhibitors in urine samples. The detection time for RAD 140 is longer than that of other CDK4/6 inhibitors, such as Palbociclib.
