Beschreibung

Rutaevin is a fructus that has been used in Chinese medicine preparations for the treatment of cancer. Rutaevin is a natural product with biological properties that are similar to those of the human cytochrome P450 enzyme system. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting fatty acid oxidation and reducing cellular ATP levels, which causes cell death. Rutaevin also has anti-inflammatory effects and may be an effective treatment for deficiency type liver diseases. Rutaevin belongs to the plant families Polyporaceae, Ganodermataceae, and Gastrodiaeaceae.
