Beschreibung

Sulfitocobalamin sodium salt is a bacterial strain that is used as a probiotic. It has been shown to be biocompatible and can be used with human liver cells in laboratory studies. Sulfitocobalamin sodium salt is also effective in treating bowel disease, because it reduces the inflammatory response by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokine production and preventing the damage of mucosal cells. Sulfitocobalamin sodium salt has been shown to inhibit growth of infectious bacteria, such as Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium and Helicobacter pylori, which cause diseases like hepatitis and corrinosis. The molecule also has biological properties that are used for the treatment of inflammation, ulcerative colitis, and other diseases caused by infectious agents.
