Beschreibung

N-Succinimidyl 6-[[4-(maleimidomethyl)cyclohexyl]carboxamido]caproate is a spacer, conjugating, maleimide, and linker compound. It has been used as a conveyor in the synthesis of protein conjugates, as well as to activate sulfhydryl groups on proteins for use in labeling. The maleimide group can be activated with sulfhydryl groups on proteins and then conjugated to another protein molecule. This process is known as activation.
