Beschreibung

Sudan R is a monoclonal antibody used as a control agent in dietary supplements. Sudan R binds to the chilli molecule and prevents it from releasing its p-hydroxybenzoic acid and coordination complexes. Sudan R is used in analytical methods, such as FTIR spectroscopy, to identify the presence of chemical substances. Sudan R is an anhydrous sodium salt that has a bound form. This salt may be soluble in water or insoluble in water depending on the concentration.
