Beschreibung

Sulfo-Succinimidyl-6-[(4'-azido-nitrophenyl)amino]hexanoate (SSNHA) is a cation channel blocker that blocks the receptor activity of growth factors and other molecules that can activate these channels. SSNHA is used to inhibit the activity of epidermal growth factor, which stimulates cell division and collagen production in certain cells, such as those found in the skin. It also inhibits dopamine, which is important for maintaining healthy hematopoietic cells. SSNHA has been shown to be effective against autoimmune diseases by inhibiting the proliferation of T cells and B cells in laboratory animals.
