Beschreibung

Steviol is a natural compound that can be extracted from plants, including the leaves and stalks of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. It is available as high-purity steviol glycosides, which are used in a variety of food and beverage products. Steviol glycosides are also used as an analytical reagent for measuring the concentration of glycosides in various samples. This agent has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity against cancer cells with genotoxic activity. Steviol glycosides have also been evaluated for their potential anticancer activity, but there are some acute toxicities associated with this compound. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique has also been used to measure the concentration of steviol glycosides in various samples by detecting specific DNA sequences.
