Beschreibung

Syringetin is a natural compound that is found in plants. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and inhibit the growth of skin cells, which may be due to its inhibition of enzymes such as phospholipase A2 and 5-lipoxygenase. Syringetin also inhibits the production of hydrogen peroxide by hl-60 cells and reduces the toxicity of coumarin derivatives. Syringetin's molecular docking analysis with an enzyme inhibitor suggests that it binds to hydrophobic pockets on the enzyme surface and prevents substrate binding, inhibiting the catalytic activity. Syringetin's bioactivity was confirmed through chromatographic analysis and control analysis, which demonstrated a decrease in glycoside derivatives in treated cells.
