Beschreibung

2,4,5,6-Tetraaminopyrimidine sulphate is a chemical compound that is used for the treatment of leukemic mice. It has shown to have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. This drug binds to the enzyme p-hydroxybenzoic acid that is involved in the synthesis of collagen and elastin. It also suppresses the production of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β. 2,4,5,6-Tetraaminopyrimidine sulphate has been used in clinical trials for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis.
