H-Tyr-Leu-OH is a peptide that has been shown to have regulatory effects on the synthesis of dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5HT), which is responsible for mood, appetite, and sleep. H-Tyr-Leu-OH is an orally active compound that has antidepressant-like activity in animals.
