Beschreibung:
(S)-Thiomorpholine-3-carboxylicacid is a compound that is a potent inhibitor of the Notch1 receptor and has been shown to inhibit proliferation of human mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. It also inhibits the growth of mouse mesenchymal stem cells, which can be used for the treatment of osteoarthritis. (S)-Thiomorpholine-3-carboxylicacid has been shown to inhibit notch1 in the umbilical cord cells, which may lead to new treatments for umbilical cord blood stem cells.
