Beschreibung

Thiohomo sildenafil is a pharmaceutical drug that has the chemical structures of Sildenafil. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Thiohomo sildenafil belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitors. These drugs inhibit the enzyme phosphodiesterase type-5, leading to an increase in cGMP levels and an increase in blood flow to the penis. This drug has been shown to be effective at improving erectile function in men with diabetes. Thiohomo sildenafil may also have a matrix effect on the penis, which can lead to increased hardness and rigidity. The effectiveness of this drug has been evaluated with a chromatographic method for determining the carbonyl group content.
