TIQ-A is a molecule that has been shown to induce necrotic cell death in cancer cells. TIQ-A is a small molecule that binds to the mitochondrial membrane and causes depolarization, which leads to neuronal death. TIQ-A also induces other forms of cell death, such as apoptosis and autophagy, by binding to the DNA and altering gene expression. TIQ-A is an experimental drug that can be used to treat inflammatory diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Crohn's disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
