• Beschreibung: PyClock is a phosphonium salt of the Oxyma family used as a coupling reagent in both liquid and solid-phase peptide synthesis. PyClock is the 6-chloro analogue of PyBOP and generates a Cl-OBt activated ester, which is more reactive than OBt esters. PyClock is efficient with cyclisations, slow couplings and hindered amino acids, cannot react with the free amine and does not show guanidinylation.
