Beschreibung:Trazodone is a drug that belongs to the class of antidepressants. It is a serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor. Trazodone has been shown to increase 5-HT (serotonin) concentrations in the brain, which may be due to its antagonism of 5-HT2 receptors. This drug also has the potential to cause cardiac effects, such as ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation.
