Beschreibung:2,2,2-Trifluoro-N-phenylacetimidoyl chloride reacts with hemi-acetals to form an N-phenyltrifluoroacetimidate glycosyl donor. This donor was used recently to couple selectively with the primary-OH of a fructopyranosyl acceptor, containing a free anomeric hydroxyl group. The fructopyranosyl acceptor in-turn was converted to a donor. A novel hexa-fructopyranoside oligosaccharide was synthesized by further fructosyl-elongations.
