Beschreibung

1,4,6,8-Tetrahydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone is a chemical compound that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of the C-C chemokine receptor and reduce the production of proinflammatory cytokines in cells. 1,4,6,8-Tetrahydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone also inhibits fatty acid synthesis and acetate production in cells. The chemical structure of this compound is similar to those found in natural compounds like talaromyces and anthraquinone glycosides.
