Beschreibung

3',4',7-Trihydroxyflavone is a flavonoid that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. 3,4,7-trihydroxyflavone is stable in chemical conditions and does not react with oxygen or light. It has also been shown to stimulate the production of colony-stimulating factor, which is important for wound healing. This compound also inhibits the toll-like receptor pathway by inhibiting the activation of nuclear factor kappa B, which leads to decreased production of inflammatory mediators. 3',4',7-Trihydroxyflavone may have a protective effect against radiation exposure by scavenging reactive oxygen species and inhibiting DNA damage caused by radiation. It also has anti-inflammatory effects through inhibition of diacylglycerol (DAG) synthesis and PHA2 expression in human serum as well as in skin cells and liver cells.br>
