2',4',4-Trimethoxychalcone is a natural product that inhibits the enzyme activity of phospholipase A2, lipoxygenase, and cyclo-oxygenase. It also has high resistance to hydrochloric acid, chloride, and blood pressure. 2',4',4-Trimethoxychalcone has shown protein inhibition effects in vitro, as well as potent transport inhibitor activity against particles.
