Beschreibung:
Urofollitropin is a human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) analogue that is used to treat infertility in women. It produces follicular growth by stimulating the production of the epidermal growth factor and increasing mitochondrial membrane potential. Urofollitropin has been shown to increase locomotor activity and stimulate blood sampling. It also shows pharmacokinetic properties such as a short half-life and high clearance rate. Follitropin has been shown to be safe for use in humans, with no adverse effects on fetal bovine or granulosa cells.
