Beschreibung

Uvaol is a natural product that has been shown to have inhibitory effects on activated neutrophils. The mechanism of action of uvaol has not been elucidated but it is thought to be due to its ability to inhibit the synthesis of pro-apoptotic proteins. Uvaol has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and can be used as a treatment for bowel disease. Uvaol inhibits the production of the natriuretic peptide levels and the b-type prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels, which may be beneficial in treating inflammatory diseases.
