Beschreibung

Zeaxanthin dipalmitate is a natural carotenoid with antioxidant properties. It is extracted from the fructus of Chlorophytum sinense, which is a Chinese herb. Zeaxanthin dipalmitate inhibits oxidative stress and scavenges reactive oxygen species. This product has been shown to be hepatoprotective in rats by reducing the level of serum transaminases and bilirubin, as well as protecting liver cells from damage. The stability of zeaxanthin dipalmitate has been proven by its ability to withstand exposure to chlorogenic acids and fatty acid derivatives at room temperature for up to one month without any significant change in color or activity.
