Dipropyl tetrachlorophthalate is a surfactant that is used as an additive for industrial, household and pharmaceutical products. It is also used in the production of plastics, coatings and printing inks. Dipropyl tetrachlorophthalate has been shown to be a non-toxic, biodegradable product.
