Beschreibung:
3-Hydroxy-1-methylpyridin-1-ium bromide is a chromatographic reagent that can be used in the analysis of pyridinium compounds. It is used to determine the presence of the nerve agent sarin and chlorpyrifos, which are pesticides and insecticides. 3-Hydroxy-1-methylpyridin-1-ium bromide is also a calibration standard for ionic liquid chromatography (ILC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This compound has been shown to have kinetic properties, with a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min at a temperature of 25°C.
