Beschreibung

Pivopril is a drug used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure. Pivopril is classified as a vasodilator that prevents the constriction of blood vessels, which are caused by angiotensin II. It also blocks the production of fatty acids that cause inflammation in the intestines and reduces bowel motility. Pivopril has been shown to be effective in treating cancer; it inhibits the growth of cancer cells by interfering with their ability to produce proteins needed for cell division. The drug also stimulates the production of growth factors and increases metabolism in patients with metabolic disorders.
