Triticonazole is effective against a wide range of fungi and has been shown to be synergistic with other fungicides. Triticonazole is used in the treatment of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, which is caused by Aspergillus fumigatus and other types of Aspergillus. The efficacy of triticonazole was demonstrated in a synergistic interaction with prothioconazole in mice fed diets containing high levels of dry weight.
