Produktinformation
IQ-1 is a triphosphate that has been shown to have low molecular weight and a monocytic origin. The biochemical mechanism of IQ-1 is related to its ability to stimulate the production of rRNA in bone marrow cells, which are responsible for the production of neutrophils. It also has been shown to be involved in the biosynthesis of purine nucleotides. These nucleotides are necessary for DNA replication, repair and transcription.
The structure of IQ-1 consists of a phosphate group attached to the 1' nitrogen atom on adenosine monophosphate (AMP). This is connected by a double bond to the 3' carbon on the same AMP molecule. The 5' carbon on AMP forms a double bond with one oxygen atom from another AMP molecule, while the 3' oxygen on this same molecule forms a single bond with an adjacent phosphate group.
The operational mechanism of IQ-1 involves its ability to increase RNA synthesis,
